We are a busy clinic with a long patient wait list. With this in mind, we require that all cancellations and reschedules are made by phone, with no less than 24hrs notice. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24hrs notice or if you do not attend your appointment you may be charged the full consultation fee. You will receive an invoice via email which can be paid at reception in clinic or over the phone. If you believe this charge has been sent in error or extenuating circumstances dictated your late cancellation or non-arrival we invite you to discuss the charge further with us by calling us in the clinic.

If you are cancelling due to Coronavirus or cold/flu like symptoms then we will not charge you for cancelling however please do give us as much notice as possible to enable us the chance to accommodate another patient and help them along their health journey.
