About Aidan
Aidan is an Osteopath with a heavy focus on evidence-based practice. He passionately believes that exercise is medicine, not only for pain, but also for mental health and preventable disease. An avid reader of research literature relating to pain and rehabilitation, he applies the best evidence to the patient in front of him. He loves to educate patients.
Aidan places an emphasis on dispelling myths around pain and injury. He aims to empower patients to take control of their health, and enable them to perform the activities they love. Originally from Melbourne, Aidan has worked in Torquay as an Osteopath since 2009.

Aidan’s favourite things:
Aidan is a keen surfer. If you don’t see him at Winki Pop in the morning, it probably means he is in the Mentawai Islands! When there is no surf he ocean swims, rides his mountain bike, runs the Point Addis trails and throws weights around. In between feeding his exercise addiction, he loves hanging out with his wife, Pip, and daughter, Francesca.
