Anna is passionate about holistic patient centred health care. She sees it as a privilege to work with patients to help them make positive changes to their health and wellbeing through osteopathic medicine. Graduating from a Master of Osteopathy at RMIT in 2008, her osteopathic journey has gifted her the freedom to explore and work in many different locations throughout WA, NSW, QLD, and recently back to Victoria. Through this diverse exposure she has developed experience in treating all ages and presentations, from athletes to desk workers, newborns to the elderly.
Her approach to treatment is always individualised to treat the whole patient in front of her, and she will use a combination of firm hands on techniques and more gentle techniques where appropriate. She loves to educate her patients to understand their own bodies and tendencies and to empower them to take control of their health so that they can work towards effectively self managing their own pain.

Anna is also a qualified Dentist, and has developed a particular interest in the treatment of jaw pain (TMD), headaches, migraines and neck pain. She is fascinated by the interconnectedness of the human body, and how dysfunction in one area can have far reaching effects on the whole body. Following in her Grandfather’s footsteps, Anna spent most of last year working as a dentist in Broken Hill for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), providing emergency dental treatment to very isolated and remote communities in far west NSW.
Her love of osteopathy, travel, and yoga have come together in several trips to India over the years, where she has worked as a tutor for final year osteopathic students in an orthopaedics hospital in Mumbai, and also completed yoga teacher trainings in Rishikesh in 2014, and in Goa in 2019.
