Chris has been involved in sport his whole life, which has heavily influenced his passion for human anatomy and its relationship with optimal function. He also believes in the importance of working together to manage injuries and pain at home, empowering his patients to reach all their health and performance related goals.

After having worked in Melbourne for 3 years, Chris loves the change of pace that Torquay brings, and it’s where he plans to establish himself. His love for the coast stemmed from a young age where he would spend his summer holidays at his beach house in Anglesea, being involved with the Nippers program and playing lots of beach cricket with his brothers.
Recently Chris has moved to Geelong, and is currently playing football for South Barwon in the Geelong Footy League. He is loving treating more footy players to get them back to peak fitness. Being active and to keep moving is a strong mindset Chris believes in, which is where he finds his reward, hearing about his patients meeting their health and fitness goals.
Chris has undertaken a solid mentoring program and has excellent skills in trigger point dry needling and sports massage and manipulation. He is still passionate about continuing to further refine these skills, as ultimately he plans to give patients a direct change during treatment, making you feel a difference leaving the room as opposed to coming in.
In his spare time Chris likes to stay very active, whether it’s running or hitting the gym. Take the dog for a walk with his partner or catching up with friends and family. and is a passionate Essendon Football Club supporter.
