Jake is very passionate about breath-work and the use of the diaphragm and different breathing strategies to restore healthy autonomic and biomechanical function. He thrives on helping you reach your best health outcomes through education, lifestyle and rehabilitation advice and will work independently with you to set achievable health goals.
Jake also enjoys treating patients who are physically active and eager to set and achieve greater personal health goals. In particular, he has a keen interest in helping people improve their gym routine and modify posture especially with your bench press, dead lift or squat. So if you are feeling that you need assistance with your form when lifting weights we recommend a chat with Jake.
When he is not treating in clinic you will find Jake outdoors enjoying all things nature! Sunrises, trips to rivers, waterfalls and forests are a regular favourites. He loves training in the gym, nutrition and health optimisation. He is very experimental with his own health and always happy to try different foods, supplements, breath-work, cold exposure, mindset practices, devices, floats, saunas etc. to try to further his own good health. He is a Star Wars fan and cheers for the Carlton Football Club!
