Stuart is a very enthusiastic Osteopath with a passion for exercise and healthy lifestyles. He has always had a very large interest in sport, growing up playing football, athletics, basketball, tennis, and more. Stuart still has a heavy involvement with football and running, and is passionate about treating and managing athletes and sports injuries. Stuart also thoroughly enjoys treating a broad range of individuals, particularly neck and back complaints.
Stuart originally resides from Ballarat, where he has lived almost his entire life. He has loved being part of a regional community, where he has been able to build close friendships and rapports with the community. Stuart thoroughly believes in and strives to provide patients with personalised management plans, targeting the core source of their pain and dysfunction. It is very important to Stuart that patients understand why they are in pain, and strives to provide patients with the skills and resources to manage and overcome their pain.
When not in the clinic you will find Stuart exercising, whether that be going for a run, going to the gym or playing sport with friends. Stuart is eagerly trying to improve his surfing (happy to take any advice), and loves to take trips snowboarding in the winter. Stuart is also crazy about music, and loves to see live music whenever he can.
