About Thomas
Tom is an enthusiastic osteopath graduating from Victorian University. Hailing from a competitive background in both surfing and athletics, he is passionate about using osteopathic principles to help his patients return to their high level or just favourite leisurely sporting activity.
Tom himself has sustained several serious injuries ranging from a knee reconstruction to hip surgery. He has real first hand injury experience plus the knowledge and skills to help you recover and achieve greater physical health and well-being. Tom has a strong interest in treating necks, lower backs and knees. He believes in postural modification and exercise as a way to heal and improve pain.

Tom spends a large portion of his year living in the United States with his wife where he works within a performance training centre in Santa Barbara. He has been fortunate to work alongside many renowned American Chiropractors and Physical Therapists where he has been able to blend aspects of their practise with his own style of treatment.

When Tom is in Torquay, you will often find him out in the local lineup surfing. He is also the founder of Accel Australia, where he trains many of the up and coming local surfers and offers free online rehabilitation and training video’s via his instagram channel.
